In-Camp Food

When kids are in Camp, meals are served "family style" (large          dishes are passed around the table for the groups to share) in        Reeve Hall.  Campers always choose what they want to eat and        how much.  Meals are based on good nutrition and the likes of        today's youth.  A typical in-camp meal menu may look like this:

Breakfast

French Toast w/syrup, bacon, fruit, juice, milk, water, cereal options, toast and bagels w/cream cheese and jelly

Lunch

Grilled Cheese, tomato soup, fruit, vegetables, water and full salad bar options

Dinner

Spaghetti with alfredo and spaghetti sauce, garlic bread, vegetables, water, full salad bar options and dessert

 Food on Trail

While out on one of our outdoor adventure trips, campers participate in every aspect of meals.  Campers will assist with the menu preparation, packing of the food, food preparation and of course the cleanup.  Many of the meals on trail are cooked over camp stoves.  A typical trip menu may look like this:

Breakfast

Pancakes, fruit, breakfast bar, hot chocolate

Lunch

Tortillas with peanut (or soynut) butter and jelly, summer sausage, granola bars, fruit

Dinner

Beef Stroganoff, vegetables, bread, s'mores and hot chocolate/cider
