Today was the final day here at camp for some of our campers. Bright and early (5am) tomorrow, we will push off from the camp dock to start our journey back to civilization. It has been an amazing 2 weeks and a great start to the summer, the guys who are leaving will be missed but we are excited to see them again next year. Today, the weather did not quite behave properly for us, but that certainly didn't slow us down. We had one group go fishing all day and others spent most of the day at the ranges and making sweet bracelets. This evening we had our campfire inside (no real fires) as it started pouring with rain just about the time we were supposed to head to the rock. It isn't as beautiful of a view but we still were able to sing songs, give out awards and tell stories from the trail.
A new group of campers arrives on Monday and we are already looking forward to new adventures.
